We are sorry, but we do not accept cancellations and returns on special orders or for custom-made products
You can return part or all of the products you ordered only from the categories “READY FRAMES” and “ACCESSORIES” through our online store within 14 calendar days from the day of purchase and after phone or written communication. The return cost is borne by the buyer. In case our company is responsible for the change/return of the product then we bear the return cost.
Products to be returned should :
• Be in the original delivery condition, including packaging, instructions, peripherals & accessories.
• Not to have been used.
• To be mailed for return by the recipient of the product no later than ten (10) calendar days from the date of purchase.
• Prior phone or written communication regarding your intentions.
• Be necessarily accompanied by the original proof of purchase or invoice.
• Refund is made within 7 working days.
Order Cancellation
Your order can be cancelled at any time if it has not been shipped and concerns products exclusively from the categories “READY FRAMES” and “ACCESSORIES”. Cancellation is done by phone or email. The amount is returned in full and without any charge to the customer, in case the order has been paid. Refund is carried out through a bank and, in no case by cash, within 7 working days. If your order is shipped, then the case of product return applies.
