Shipping methods are as follows:
1. Shipping by Courier.
This shipping method concerns products of small volume and weight up to 10 kg, which can be shipped via Courier.
Shipping for orders over EUR 30 is FREE and weight up to 4 kg
2. Shipping by Transport Company.
The method of shipment by Transport Company concerns products of greater volume and weight and which are unprofitable to send via Courier. In this case, the customer is charged with the transport costs and has the obligation to agree on the cost and the receipt of his order by the agency.
3. SHIPPING TIME
- Orders in special dimensions are shipped within 2-4 business days from the day of order and if they are available in our warehouse
- "READY FRAMES" and "ACCESSORIES" are shipped the next business day.

Force majeure: If for reasons of force majeure (e.g., bad weather conditions, Covid -19 strikes etc) it is not possible to deliver you the products within the specified time we will inform you by e-mail, in order to let us know if you wish the completion of your order under these conditions.
